Thank you for selecting one of our rental properties!  Here are the items you will need to know when applying for one of our rentals.

The application fee is $35 per person over the age of 18. 

There is a $300 Earnest Deposit which is required before the home is placed in off market status and held on your behalf.  If no deposit is collected, the home will be continued to be marketed and the first completed applicant will be considered first. 

Pet Deposits start at a minimum of $200 and are REFUNDABLE.  We retain the right and the discretion to increase the deposit if deemed necessary. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE Cleaning and Restoration FEE of $300 will be collected to sanitize home and restore to move-in condition.  This fee does not eliminate your requirement to return the property in clean condition upon move out.
